 My Favourite Health and Fitness Magazine


My favourite health and fitness magazine would be women's health as it is packed with workouts, recipes, diet advice, real reads and up-to-the-minute information across health, beauty, nutrition and fitness.

I really like the magazine as it covers various topics of fitness and provides numerous as well as effective advises from genuine health experts and gets you motivated to become fit. And it gave step to step instructions on healthy recipes.

How I came across this magazine was due to a friend of mine. A while back I had started to gain quite a lot of pounds. In my old school I was under a lot of stress due to examinations and when I'm under stress I have a tendency to stress eat as in I just kept snacking on something. As a result at the end of exams I had become a little thicker than I was before. After the exams my family had planned to go back to our home land for a few weeks. 

In that time when I had met all my relatives they had all commented on how I seemed to have thickened and adviced to reduce. At the end of the trip, I vowed that I would reduce at least 11 pounds before my next visit. So as soon as I got back I started towards my goal. I searched though the internet and tried many workouts and diets and none seemed to be helping me obtain the results I wanted. Then one day when I was discussing my situation with my friend and she recommended women's health to me.

At first I was like it is just another moronic magazine which is not going to be of any help but my friend continued to pester me about it and I gave in and told her I would give it a try. Once I got it I was surprised on how informative it was. I started using the tips they gave in the magazine and soon enough I started to see the results I had oh so desperately wanted. In 2 months time I had already lost 5 pounds.

So to anyone who wants help in fitness or health I wholeheartedly recommend this magazine to you.
